  • How do I know if a product will be available at a specific date?

    You can check the availability of any product for a desired date in the future - online and instantly. If a product is not available for the dates that you requested, our automated system will let you know.

  • What is needed in order to place an online order?

    In order to place an order, whether online or by phone, you need to:

    - fill all the details required in the order form (or by phone with one of our representatives).
    - provide your credit card details.
    - sign our rental agreement and provide a copy of some sort of I.D.

    Important !!!

    If you choose to receive your products at the airport,
    please take note that reservation sum should exceed 60$
    (not including shipping fees) and there are few conditions that have to be met in order to the delivary take place. you will need to provide:

    - Your flight number and time of arrival.
    - Car rental company where you should pick up your car.
    - Phone number to contact you when landing.
    - Any other information that you believe we should know,
      or that will allow us to provide you with a better service and to our  representative to find  you in Ben Gurion airport and hand the product to you once you land. .

  • How do I order?

    Ordering takes 2 simple steps:

    Step I - Choosing your products

    - Choose the product you wish to rent
    - Choose the rental period (starting and ending dates)
    - Click "Add to Cart"
    - After you are done adding products, go to the cart.

    Step II - Customer information, payment and delivery

    - Verify that the products and dates are correct
    - Fill in your personal information
    - Choose the pick-up / delivery method
    - Add comments and additional information
    - Fill in your billing information
    - Click "Check Out"

    That's it!

  • How do I know that my order was approved? / 
    I ended the ordering process - now what?


    As soon as you have ended the ordering process our automated system will send you a confirmation e-mail with all the details regarding your reservation as well as our rental agreement which needs to return to us signed together with a copy of I.D. You will also receive an invoice to your e-mail within 24 hours of making the payment.

    Why am I asked to fill my credit card details again?


    Credit card details are erased after receiving the payment confirmation from the credit card company, as it is a secured site.

  • How do you calculate the days?  /
    What counts as a rental day?


    One rental day is 24 hours starting from the moment you receive the product or 17:00 of the following day - whichever comes first.


    When rental period ends Saturday, return time is after Shabbat ends (after sunset), rather than 17:00.

  • Changing an order - how do I change an order?

    You can make any changes to your order from any reason, through contacting us by phone or e-mail. You may change the starting date of an order up to 24 hours before the order is delivered or the rental period starts - whichever comes first.

  • Canceling - how do I cancel a reservation?

    You can cancel an order from any reason, by contacting us by phone or e-mail. You may cancel your order up to 48 hours before the order is delivered or the rental period starts - whichever comes first.

  • How do I receive / return the products?

    - You can receive or return the products at one of our stores
      (in Tel Aviv or Jerusalem) with no extra charge.

    - You can receive the product at Ben Gurion airport with our representative whom will find you, and hand you the product at the arrivals hall.

            - You can order a delivery by courier at an additional cost that is updated from  time to time on our site.

Pick-up at Ben Gurion airport:

Please note that deliveries to BGN airport are done only within working days and hours which are: Sun-Thu 09:00am-19:00pm, Fri 09:00am-14:00pm, and only for reservations exceeding 60$ (not including shipping fee's).

If your arrival is within the above mentioned days and hours, and it exceeds above amount, you will be able to get this delivery, if not, than you need to choose another option as below for the pick-up.

Here are all the details you should know in order for the delivery to BGN airport to happen:

  • Please make sure you gave us your full arrival flight details (arrival date, carrier, flight number and local arrival time).
  • If you are renting a car at the airport, please advise compani'es name.
  • Our representative will meet you at the arrivals hall of Ben-Gurion airport, holding a sign with your name on it.
  • Very important: If you have a phone number that will be available and running upon your landing, please give it to us in order for us to be able to contact you if necessary.
  • At any case of problem regarding the delivery, please contact us at: +972-3-5621037.

Please take note that returning the product at BGN airport is not possible.

You have 3 options for returning the product/s:

1. Self return to our Tel-Aviv office at 3 Ben Shemen st, Opening hours: Sun-Thu 09:00-19:00, Fri 09:00-14:00.

2. Self return to our representative in Jerusalem - Call Samuel 050-959-6766 please note that he w'ont be availiable during Shabat (Saturday).

3. Arrange a delivery with us from any address in Israel (hotel, friends, family), fee applies.

  •   Installation of GPS in B.G airport will be made outside the
      roofed compound due to security reasons.

  • I have received a product, used it for a while and suddenly it stopped working - What do I do?

    First, please check the operating instructions while paying careful attention to the section that deals with common malfunctions. If you were not able to make it work, please contact our support center at *9559.

    Our support center is available 24/7.

  • Damage / malfunction - What do I do?

    Contact our support center immediately. We will replace your product as soon as we can.

    You will not be held responsible for a malfunctioning product except in case of soaking or splashing, breaking, fracturing, shattering or any other case of improper use of the product.

    In case of damage, you will be charged for the repair costs up to a maximum of the product cost, as mentioned in the rental agreement. Please take care of the products and avoid damages.

  • I have lost the product / The product was stolen -
    What do I do?


    Contact our support center immediately. We will replace your product as soon as we can.

    In case of loss or theft of the product you will be charged for the product cost. You may also provide us with a similar product, as mentioned in the rental agreement. Please take care of the products and avoid leaving them unattended.
